Talent Acquisition Specialist - Recruiting Manager at HEROIC Cybersecurity

HEROIC Cybersecurity (HEROIC.com) is looking for an experienced and highly motivated recruiter to help build a high performance recruiting department. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Manage the entire recruiting process for all positions from sourcing, screening, selecting, and hiring
• Development and implementation of a high performance, innovative recruiting department
• Utilization of cutting-edge technologies to rapidly accelerate effectiveness and reach
• Partner with management and human resource to accurately define position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Weekly meetings with executive management to provide recruiting department updates
• Work with global team to build and accelerate international sourcing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with technology companies
• Proven track record sourcing high-quality candidates
• Comfortable working with cutting edge recruiting techniques.
• Ability to clearly articulate HEROIC's value proposition and story to candidates
• Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting processes, direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques

LOCATION: Remote - Work from wherever you please! Your home, the beach, our offices, etc. Although the majority of this position is remote, You may be required to travel periodically, attend business meetings and conferences or meet with the team in person.
